The kidnapping and ransom of individuals for profit has dramatically increased in the past decade throughout the world. While the majority of victims are wealthy businessmen, more recently, the average tourist has become a target for kidnappers looking for monetary and material gain. In recent years, kidnappers have also become more organized and are demanding more money for the safe return of hostages.

Movie Maker Reflection

Prior to this assignment, I had never used the Movie Maker program. Until I was instructed to search for the program on the task menu I never knew it was on my computer. This program is a clever method that could be used for students to show what they know about a novel or other material. Most certainly a method I had never thought of before. Once beginning the assignment I felt the rogram would be a breeze. I was able to move around the software without instruction. Then all of a sudden, in the middle of my work, the computer froze and I lost all material. THis occurred numerous times to not only me, by also my classmates. Once I was at home working on it, I found it difficult to sve the information correctly. My pictures were missing when I save them to the removeable hard drive and the titles were not in the correct places once I switched computers. After mounds of frustration, I completed my assignment. I wish that there was amore instruction on how to use the program. Otherwise, I see how the use will be helpful in my future classroom.
